Caching up to do....

Can you believe my Bryan just turned 8??? I know when did that happen.... But it did! We actually celebrated it while we were in Oklahoma at my in-laws house. We took him to see the new transformers movie, which he loved. Then we had cake and ice cream with them and his cousin Joseph. And had some presents. I think the biggest hit though was the Star Wars Lego set. Yes, he's are smart Si-fi nerd. He loves all that stuff. But that's okay he's going to be super smart and make more money than all of us probably. Ha! I can assure you he won't be the one who stays home with momma and lives in the basement! I won't let him! He he he.... Just saying! Anyways, he had a great birthday and is growing up way too fast. Yipes! What a Blessing he is to our family. I love him so very much! Happy Birthday Bryan!

Here we are fishing at Grandma and Pawpaw's house in Oklahoma. We had a good time. We all managed to catch a perch or two. Except Allen.... don't think he was watching very good or patient enough. Imagine that! Bryan caught his first fish though. He actually caught three but only was able to get one up out of the water, bless his heart. Lauren caught one too but Pawpaw threw it back in before I could take a picture. :( And of course Landon didn't catch anything... he just enjoyed caring his fishing pole and eating the pepperoni we were fishing with. he he he.... fun fun fun....

A couple of week ago we had my nephew, Joseph up for the week. He had never been to Six Flags. So I took him and the girls one evening over there. He had a wonderful time! He was funny... it was kind of scary for him but he sure had fun too. Despite it being 150 degrees. ha ha ha.... I think he thanked me no less than 500xs. That's all he talked about the rest of the time he was here. And he already asked if we could go back the next time he came. It was worth the sweat! He had also never been to a big water park so I took them over there one day too. He really enjoyed that too. So I was the best aunt for the week. He he he.... No not really he just lives out in the country and doesn't have the chance to do these things and I was just happy to be able to take him. We had a great time with him! We always do!
