Pray Pray Pray...

We need your prayers... We have two interested buyers for the house. They will be coming for a second visit the first part of next week. So everyone pray that the house will sell! Maybe they will even fight over it. ha ha ha... Yea right! Just any kind of bid would be nice at this point. So please pray with us that God would agree to sell this house. We need to get moved. It's time... We REALLY appreciate all your prayers!

Other than that we are all doing well. Landon got his first tooth yesterday. So he's been really fussy the last few days and clingy. He just needs his mommy to hold him. I am off to sell more Blueberries in the morning. I think we're getting close to the end of the crop though. Not too many more. But it's been worth our time. Last Saturday we completely sold out in fifteen minutes and I had at least ten more people come by before I could even get my table cleaned up. So it's been well worth the time and effort. I'm taking our biggest bunch in the morning. We have about thirty pounds to sell. Soooo...

That's about all that's going on here in the McGregor household. I'll keep you all posted as to what happens with the house. Keep you fingers and toes crossed that it will be good news. Love you all...

Playin at the park...

Good Morning All! Hope this finds all well. Hope you had a good weekend. I took the kids to the park for a bit on Saturday. They had a good time. Even little Landon. He had his first slide ride and as you can see, he got a big kick out of that. He enjoyed that. It was nice time. We didn't do a whole lot else. Rented some movies and just took it easy. The best kind of weekend. George (William's Dad) came in last night for a quick visit. He was on a short motorcycle trip and stopped in for the night. Anyways, hope you all have a great day!

Thoughts in the night...

As you can tell, I can't sleep. So I thought I might share the thoughts in my head. As I laid down trying to get to sleep, I played the days events over again in my head. Frustration was high today, wishing we could be done with our move and have our family all together again. Dread set in tonight, as I know William will be leaving again in just a few short hours. But as I laid there complaining to God, in my medial prayer, I kept being reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, it says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." I love the message version even better it says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out, plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for." Isn't that good! It's like He's saying, "duh Misty", don't you think I know what I'm doing? He knows how badly we want to sell our home and be all together. How quickly I seem to forget and allow myself to be caught up in the moments and emotions. I forget that He's the one in control, not me. I feel so much relief and freedom just in knowing that. There's nothing for me to worry about or be frustrated over. He knows!

Looking back over the last few years, through all of the hurts, struggles, and so much change, what I learned most is to Trust Him. I know more than ever, I can really Trust Him. He sees so much more than I do and He always has my best interest at heart. He gets the big picture even when I can't even begin to imagine it. He knows what's best for me even when I don't agree. He knows what lies ahead for me and exactly what I need. For that I'm so Thankful. I want my life to reflect Him. No matter where I am or what I'm doing. In the good times and the bad, I want to praise Him. It's really all about Him!

I look forward to this new chapter in our lives and can't wait to see what new adventures He has in store for us, when ever and how ever that might be. They certainly never seem boring here in the McGregor home. ha ha ha... God is so good and has blessed my life abundantly, so much more than I could have ever dreamed of. I couldn't want or need for anything more. What I want more than anything in my life is to be exactly where He is. If I'm where He is then that's exactly the place, I'm suppose to be.... So I will hang onto this verse, meditating on it, and just TRUSTING Him! His time is perfect!

Fun Photos....

Good Morning... Hope this finds all well. All's well here. William, Hailey, and Bryan were off early this morning to sell some of our Billions of Blueberries at the produce stand. I went Saturday and did really well so we thought we'd try that again. It's better than just letting them go to waste. Anyways, I've been enjoying just taking photos here and there. So I thought I'd just share them with you. There's a few floweres from around our place and a new baby bird that lives on my front porch. Well, he's not so little now, he's getting big but he hasn't left his nest yet. And then there's some of a butterfly that was playing by the pool yesterday while we swam. It had no fear of us. The kids were able to touch it and everything and it just did it's thing. I thought that was so weird. Well, I best run. Hope you all have a great day! Love to you All!

Our Rescue....

Saturday morning we were on our way out and had to stop and rescue this poor little kitten. It was sitting in the middle of the road, in the pouring rain, scared to death. She was too scared to move. My intensions were to just move her off the road but my little Lauren's heart was broken that I was going to just leave it. It's face was bloody and she was all wet, how dare I even consider leaving the poor thing. So... me being the sucker that I am, wrapped her up and brought her home. She now has a name and everything (Smokey). I guess she'll have to stay.

Landon's first swim....

We took Landon swimming for the first time this morning. He seemed to enjoy it. He kicked his little feet like crazy. Of course, I didn't like dunk him under or anything. Just a quick little dip...

This is a little better....

"Dude, what are you waiting on? Let's catch some waves..."

I come in peace.....

Now you have to admit he looks like some kind of Alien here or something. Poor baby looks a little freaked out. Especially by all the laughter the you can only imagine is happening when this picture was taken. Hailey thought it would be funny to see what he'd think about wearing her goggles. I'm not sure he thought it was amusing but we sure did.

Yummy Toes....

This is our new favorite past time. We suck and chew on our toes every chance we can.... They are just so darn yummy. How many of you can put your toes in your mouth??? Ha ha ha... Certainly not me...

Girls tubing on the lake...

More of our day on the lake....

Here's a few more shots of our day on the lake. We rented a wave runner and a boat. William and George really really enjoyed the wave runner. I think that was the best part of their vacation. The kids had fun on it too. We always have a good time on the lake though....

Trying to sit up....

Look here.... Landon is trying his best to sit up. He can do it for just about a minute or two. He's like a weeble wobble when he gets so excited. He just has to see what's going on. He doesn't want to miss a thing....

Just a few more.....

I just had so many good pictures. It was too hard to choose just a few, so I just did them alot of them anyways... I know you all have nothing better to do than look at my beautiful kids. ha ha ha.... I hope you enjoy them as much as I did though...

Time Out....

Geuss who......Poor Allen, this is how he spent a good portion of his camping trip. It's just so darn hard to behave and listen. He's very sure that his mom and dad didn't really mean don't do that....

More camping photos....

Here's some of the kids playing in the creek... it was a beautiful little creek and they had so much fun playing in it. Even though it was quite cold. Here's a shot of the veiw of the river we had from the camper. We stayed right on this river. It was so peaceful and pretty to look at. We enjoyed just sitting outside enjoying the day.

We're home....

Hey All.... We're back home from our little camping trip. We had alot of fun. We met William's parents at Beaver's Bend last week and did some camping. It rained the first couple of days we were there but then it was just beautiful the last part of the week. We rented a boat one day and went out tubing and just playing for a couple of hours. Even little Landon enjoyed it. He slept most of the time, I think the rocking of the boat just put him right out. We had a great time. I have some really great pictures so I'll try to put up as many as I can....
